Other Details to Note
Smith Creek Reserve is currently under development, so you may hear construction noise or see construction vehicles during your stay. The cabin is well insulated to help minimize disturbances. Rates reflect this possibility, and construction is outside our control. We work hard to keep all amenities available, though occasional maintenance issues can arise. If something needs attention, our team will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Shared resort schedules vary by season, water features are weather-dependent, and hours may change for maintenance or events. Pickleball and mini golf are typically available year-round. A starter pack includes a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and travel-size toiletries. Linens, towels, sheets, quilts, and extra blankets are provided. For your privacy, the camera feature on the Amazon Echo Show welcome guide is disabled. One exterior security camera is located at the front entrance for guest safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the cabin or in private outdoor areas. Christmas décor is displayed from December 1 through December 31. Long-term stays are welcome.
